Browning BDM, 1994 Production

The Browning BDM (Browning Dual Mode) is an American-made, recoil-operated semi-automatic pistol introduced in 1991. Chambered in 9x19mm Parabellum, its defining feature is a unique, flush-mounted slide switch that toggles the trigger mechanism between a traditional double-action/single-action “Pistol” mode and a double-action-only “Revolver” mode. Despite its double-stack magazine capacity of 15 rounds, the all-steel BDM remains legendary as one of the thinnest full-size 9mm service pistols ever built, measuring only slightly wider than a single-stack 1911. It features a 4.75-inch barrel, ambidextrous frame-mounted safety/decocker levers, adjustable three-dot sights, and a loaded chamber indicator window. This example is excellent condition and shows very little wear if any from firing. The usual handling marks that are native to the Matte Black finish are the only distractions. Ships in the original serialized case with the manual and one magazine.
