2005 Smith & Wesson Performance Center Model 625-8, first year production, 6 shot revolver, in .45 ACP, with a gorgeous stainless steel finish. This very special firearm is considered by many to be one of the most accurate revolvers ever produced. This hand-tuned Performance Center firearm features a 5.25″ barrel with a solid rib and a contoured underlug. It also has a ramped partridge front sight with a gold dot and an adjustable micrometer rear sight and a checkered hammer spur and smooth trigger. Designed in collaboration with speed shooting Champion Jerry Miculek, this gun comes with a special “JMM” serial number prefix and was number 0071 produced. It also features an exclusive Miculek designed laminated silverback one-piece grip. Also included in this complete collector’s package is the original Performance Center combination-lock aluminum range case. The Model 625 is an uncommon gun and a very finely made revolver with superior balance, grip-to-barrel angle and grip shape.
