1990 Smith & Wesson Model 66-3, .357 Combat Magnum, Factory Stainless Steel finish, 6″ Barrel, 1 of only 500 produced. This is a very limited release firearm with a beautiful stainless steel finish and special engraving. According to the Standard Catalog of S&W, in 1990 a limited series of (12) Model 66 revolvers was commissioned by Ellett Brothers Distribution Co. in South Carolina. These very limited run guns were only available if the buyer committed to purchasing all twelve guns, one per month. Each gun has a different scene engraved on the backside plate and is individually numbered 1–500. Unfortunately, S&W was sold before the series was completed, so not all of them were made. This is one of that small group that was produced and named “Critical Moment”. It is number 132 of 500. It is in 98-99% condition and is 100% complete in the original serialized box. This firearm features a wide target hammer, serrated trigger, beautiful Goncalo Alves presentation stocks and a hammer mounted firing pin. Ships complete in the original serialized box and includes the manual and factory paperwork.
