1977 SMITH & WESSON MODEL 19-3 COMBAT MAGNUM, .357 Magnum, 6-shot revolver with a 2.5″ barrel and a gorgeous original nickel finish. This beautiful “Old School” revolver has long been a favorite of Collectors, Sportsmen and Law Enforcement.  It is a real handful of a weapon, and just as beautiful as it is powerful. Manufactured in 1977, just a year after our Nations Bicentennial, this particular example has remained in very high condition with little  evidence of use or wear. The finish is just like a mirror, and easily rates  at 99%.  Only the slightest of handling marks can be found, and there is no real evidence of firing outside of the factory test fire.  Of course this “Old School” beauty has all the features Collector’s desire most – the ones that haven’t been available in decades on todays machine-made guns.  It features a hammer-mounted firing pin, a pinned barrel and recessed cylinders- and of course, no ugly lock.  The original walnut service stocks on this firearm are beautiful and have sharp checking throughout.   Finding a vintage Model 19 Combat Magnum with a factory nickel finish in this condition is almost impossible these days, and their values continue to rise.  This gorgeous weapon ships  complete in the original factory serialized box along with the manual and all factory paperwork.
