Smith & Wesson Model 34 “no dash” Kit Gun, .22 LR, 6-shot revolver with an excellent factory blued finish, in the box. This is a classic Model 34, (as it was later officially named in 1957) with a 2″ barrel built on the round butt frame. It is one of the more difficult to find of the Smith & Wesson “snubbies”. The Model 34 has long been popular with sportsmen, fishermen, plinkers, and anyone who just wanted a small, handy, accurate .22 revolver. This particular gun is in excellent condition, with only a few very slight handling marks. It features a pinned barrel, counterbored cylinder and a flat latch cylinder release. There is little evidence of firing and the gun feels very solid and tight. Over 98% of the original bluing still remains intact on this 66 year old revolver. The original factory “diamond” walnut service grips are also beautiful. This is a great opportunity to own one of the most difficult to find configurations of a classic Smith & Wesson snubbie from the 1950s. Ships complete in the original serialized factory box and includes the owner’s manual and paperwork.
